An Oregon District Court Rules Parts of the Patriot Act Unconstitutional
U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken ruled that two provisions in the Patriot Act allow for the issuing of search warrants without probable cause and are therefor unconstitutional. The Court Opinion may be found here.
